Responsibilities:

  • Manage End-to-End Services across Service lifecycle including Service Strategy & Roadmap Development, Service and Solution Development, Service and Solution Deployment, Service Support and Continuous Service Improvement.
  • Manage Solutioning and Presales.
  • Provide Business Case, Demonstrations.
  • Assist Clients in formulating the RFP scope.
  • Develop Plan and Efforts Estimates.
  • Develop Compelling Solution to meet the Complex business requirements.
  • Develop Winning Proposals for new opportunities.
  • Developing/ Reviewing High Level & Low-Level Design, Security Design.
  • Provide Technical Advisory & Governance.
  • Review Test Plan, Test Cases and Conducting UAT.
  • Foster Strong Relationships with Customers.
  • Manage Product Pipeline.
  • Launch Major Product Releases.
  • Involve with Co-ordination and Collaboration with the teams for Efficient Service delivery.
  • Deliver New Service Offerings for New Capability Development.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction by providing pro-active support and consistently meeting the Client’s SLA.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
