Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
  • Analyze the business users’ needs and requirements for the AIR APPS Suite integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization’s financial processes and pain points.
  • Document and prioritize requirements for system configuration and customization.

 

  1. System Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and customize the AIR APPS Suite’s finance-related modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Handle the implementation of new General Ledger, document splitting, parallel accounting (leading and non-leading ledgers), and multiple currency setups.
  • Configure vendor and customer account groups, number ranges, payment terms, and installment payment terms.
  • Set up vendor and customer advance and discount processes.
  • Configure and support for Asset Accounting processes.

 

  1. Integrate and Data Transformation:
  • Map data structures and objects between the AIR APPS Suite and SAP FICO for efficient data exchange.
  • Define and implement data transformation rules and orchestration processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems during integration and transformation.
  • Configure and support for Check, Wire, and IDoc processes.

 

  1. Control and Cost Management:
  • Configure controlling area settings.
  • Set up cost center manual planning and excel planning processes.
  • Configure the creation of cost elements, both manually and through batch jobs.
  • Implement internal order settlement processes.

 

  1. Test and Documentation:
  • Involve in the complete life cycle of the implementation process, including testing and documentation.
  • Conduct various types of testing, such as smoke testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Document the system configuration and customization processes.
  • Prepare end-user manuals and guides for the integrated AIR APPS Suite and SAP FICO solutions.
  • Provide test data to the application process team.

 

  1. User Support and Training:
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users in the finance and accounting departments.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist users in creating end-user manuals and documentation.

Minimum Education:

A Master’s degree in computer science and data science, reflecting a strong academic foundation.
